SHIPPING CUT OFF Orders placed after 12:00PM (Noon) will be shipped the following business day. We ship from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Although we make our best efforts to process your shipment as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee same day shipment on any order placed after noon. CUSTOM GOODS ORDERS A note to anyone buying a Colorado Sound N' Light manufactured product. Due to the multitude of options that comprise our light shows road cases tables and other CSL merchandise there may be a 7 to 14 day production lead time. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping option as the product more than likely will not ship the day you place the order. RETURNS All unopened returns in original sealed packaging may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from original invoice date with a 5% restocking fee. Any opened or used items are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% and possible refusal by our discretion. All items must be returned with all originally packed manuals cables and miscellaneous hardware or the cost of replacement parts will be deducted from return. DEFECTIVE RETURNS Any item deemed defective by our staff will be returned for original invoiced amount provided there are no other damages or signs of tampering within the unit. Defective items must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of original invoice date with all original packaging and accessories to receive a full refund. After seven (7) days defective returns must be handled by the customer directly with the manufacturer. EXCHANGES Any merchandise exchanges are subject to approval by our staff and must take place within thirty (30) calendar days from original invoice date. Exchanges will be denied if original packaging owners manuals cables and other accessories originally packaged items are not included at the time of return. Exchanged items showing any product wear or mistreatment will be subject to denial as well. COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE Computer software sales are final. Software may not be returned under any circumstance. Computer hardware may only be returned in new condition and must fall within thirty (30) days of the invoiced date. Worn or abused hardware will not be accepted for return.
Return Goods Policy:

1. A Return Authorization # must be obtained prior to shipping back any parts back to Martin Sound Products for credit consideration.
2. Goods must be returned within 15 working days following the issue date of the authorization number.
3. All returns must be sent to us prepaid freight. No collect or COD shipments will be accepted.
4. Goods should be packaged for return in the same or similar manner in which you received them. Parts damaged in shipping because of improper packaging will not be given credit consideration.
5. Excluding returns for warranty claims Martin Sound Products, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge for products returned for any other reason.
